WorldMpact

This summer, me and Samuel did WorldMpact which is pretty similar to Team 45, just for the older students.  It is called WorldMpact because our youth ministry is called Mpact and we are going around the world.  The trip that we are going on is Kansas City.  All of the trips are Dallas, Kansas City, New York City, Honduras, and London.  On our trip we are going to be helping with a vacation bible school that one of the churches there is doing.  Also while we are there we will do some service projects.  Today we had our last training day at church and for our service project, we went to a catholic church in Tulsa and helped sort clothes.  For service projects, we have gone to John 3:16, the food bank, the catholic church, and then one day we went to a church somewhere in Tulsa while there were some kids there.  They were doing a vacation bible school and we got to pray with them and then we played games with them! That was my favorite service project and I wish I could go back!  Last week we went to a ropes course and we had a lot of fun!  Here is our worldmpact training day schedule: First we have prayer time, then we go to our service project, we come back and have lunch, go to all of our classes, and then have reflection time.  I wish WorldMpact went through the whole summer! It is absolutely amazing! We have 10 days until our trip and everyday I am counting down! I am so excited! After the mission trip I will post about what we did.  Can't wait!!!

Team 45

This summer Henry and Sadie did something called Team 45 with our church.  It is called team 45 because it is a team of 4th and 5th graders going on certain mission trips.  Sadie went to Jonesboro (which she is still there and will come back tomorrow) and Henry went to Tulsa to help with a summer camp that they had.  They had a blast all year doing this and they can't wait until next year! Here are some pictures where they are at their mission trip training and then some of them are from their actual mission trip:
